Falon Shanti is the visionary behind Voyce Collective—a bold, modern brand empowering women to reclaim their voice, speak with clarity, and finally be heard. The name "Voyce" is a tribute to her grandmothers, Vimla and Joyce—two women who didn’t always have the freedom to use their voice, but whose legacy lives on through the women-empowering brand.
After years of climbing the corporate ladder and dimming her light to fit in, Falon reached a breaking point. Burned out, stressed, and deeply unfulfilled, she walked away from her 9-to-5—and stepped into her purpose. With a degree in business management, a background in marketing, and five years of entrepreneurial grit, she knew she wasn’t just building a business. She was building a movement.
What began as Voyce Suits—a luxury pantsuit line designed to help women wear their power—has grown into Voyce Collective: a community and platform for women who are ready to stop being walked over and start speaking up with confidence.
Today, Falon helps educated, ambitious women break the silence, build unshakable confidence, and communicate with boldness in every part of their lives. Whether through digital coaching, community support, or powerfully tailored suits, she’s helping a new wave of women stand tall—and speak louder.
