Falon Shanti is the visionary behind Voyce Collective—a bold, modern brand empowering women to step into entrepreneurship with confidence, clarity, and purpose. The name "Voyce" is a tribute to her grandmothers, Vimla and Joyce—two women who didn’t always have the freedom to use their voice, but whose legacy lives on through the women-empowering brand.
After years of climbing the corporate ladder and dimming her light to fit in, Falon reached a breaking point. Burned out, stressed, and deeply unfulfilled, she walked away from her 9-to-5—and stepped into her purpose. After going to college for business management and marketing, plus five years of entrepreneurial grit, she knew she wasn’t just building a business. She was building a movement.
What began as Voyce Suits—a luxury pantsuit line designed to help women wear their power—has grown into Voyce Collective: a coaching platform, community, and brand for aspiring entrepreneurs who are ready to stop playing small, start building profitable businesses, and embrace their most confident selves.
Today, Falon helps ambitious women still working their 9–5s make the identity shift from employee to entrepreneur.Through mindset, goal setting, and time management strategies, she guides them to build profitable businesses without burning out—so they can achieve time freedom, financial independence, and unshakable confidence.
